Project Homeless Connect

Community service is an excellent way to be involved, to provide service to others, and to enhance one’s college application. From time to time, we will be listing volunteer opportunities available in our area for high school students. Project Homeless Connect will be held at the National Guard Armory on September 30th from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00p.m. This outreach effort is a one-stop service to provide help to our homeless community for one day. Many volunteers are needed for a variety of positions. Please go to www.hboc.org and click the Project Homeless Connect link to register.

College Over Coffee

COLLEGE OVER COFFEE 2010-2011

College Over Coffee is an informal question and answer session open to all high school parents. Parents are welcome to come out and meet with East Hamilton's college access counselor and the grade level school counselors to receive pertinent college information and to ask questions. No question is off limits. It is also a great opportunity to interact with other parents who have decided college is definitely in their child's future!

· Space is limited to the first twenty parents that RSVP.

· College Over Coffee is a BYOB (bring your own breakfast) affair. We will supply the coffee.
